What You’ll Do as Laundry Attendant
- Laundry Operations: Sort, wash, dry, and stock hotel linens according to Prominence standards.
- Storage & Inventory: Clean and stock storage rooms, replenish room amenities, and assist with monthly inventory.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Quality Control: Maintain cleanliness and ensure all laundry items meet Prominence standards.
- Team Collaboration: Complete all required reports, records, and logs; be open to cross-training in other areas of the hotel.
- Positive Energy: Bring a fun, energetic spirit to the team as we work hard and have fun together!
What You’ll Bring
- Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a commitment to teamwork.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, lift, pull, push, and move up to 50 pounds.
- Independence: Capable of working independently and efficiently.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management; ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing (bilingual a plus).
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
