Your Responsibilities as a Key Leader

• Recruit, hire, and train new managers within your designated area
• Provide guidance and recommendations to hotel general managers to address operational challenges
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving quarterly objectives
• Implement strategies to minimize costs and optimize labor efficiency
• Conduct regular evaluations of hotel operations to ensure cleanliness and efficiency

Qualifications for Success

• Must possess a dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic personality
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a General Manager role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire staff, provide constructive feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in computer skills and understanding of revenue and management principles
