What You’ll Do as Front Desk Supervisor

• Lead and assign responsibilities to Guest Service Representatives across all shifts
• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring all guests are welcomed warmly and efficiently
• Ensure adherence to Prominence Hospitality standards, policies, and procedures
• Foster strong communication with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
• Support training and performance development for the front desk team
• Step in as the go-to leader in the absence of the Front Office Manager

What You’ll Bring

• 5 years of front desk or guest services experience; 2 years ofsupervisory experience preferred
• Hilton experience a plus or Marriott / IHG Background
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (brand experience a plus)
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
