What You’ll Do as a HVAC Specialist / Maintenance

We are looking for candidates that have the following certifications: 

     EPA Section 608 Certification

• Type III: For low-pressure systems (e.g., chillers).
• Universal: Covers all the above types and allows working on any refrigerant system
  
•  NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certification
   HVAC Excellence Certification
  
  • Professional Technician: For those with about two years of experience, focusing on specific HVAC specialties.
  • Master Specialist: The highest level, requiring hands-on demonstrations and at least three years of experience.
  • Daily Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance and repair duties to ensure all rooms, common areas, and equipment are functioning properly.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Assist with ongoing maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and keep systems running efficiently.
  • Safety First: Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and brand standards.
  • What You’ll Bring
• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred. 
• Master Specialist: The highest level, requiring hands-on demonstrations and at least three years of experience.
• Skills: Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment; basic computer and computational skills.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication to report issues and updates.
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, and dependable with a team-first mindset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, or be on-call as needed.
