The Role You’ll Play

Ready to work two audit shifts from 11pm -7am and two evening shifts from 3pm - 11pm?

 Here's what you'll be doing:

• Be the Face of Hospitality: From issuing room keys to handling check-in/check-out processes, your warm greeting will be the first chord of our guest's stay.
• Backstage Operations: Keep the front desk records in harmony, answer and direct calls, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby that's always ready for the show.
• Guest Satisfaction: Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely fashion and ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay. Think of it as an encore performance.
• Team Success: Collaborate with your fellow band members to keep service excellence on the charts.

What You’re Bringing to the Stage

• Education & Experience: You've got a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of guest services experience would be music to our ears.
• Skills: You can multitask, organize, and analyze like a pro, even when the tempo picks up.
• Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems? That's a standing ovation.
• Personality: You're positive, attentive, and ready to solve problems with a smile. That's the kind of energy that makes a hit.
