What You’ll Do as an Operations Manager
- Responsible for various duties, including hiring qualified personnel, organizing and coordinating operations and evaluating staff, handling customer complaints and enforcing regulations, quality standards, managing budgets and expenses and preparing reports.
- Ensure adherence to Prominence Hospitality standards, policies, and procedures
- Foster strong communication with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of guest services experience, hotel management and supervisory experience, with Courtyard experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (brand experience a plus)
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
