Operations Supervisor

Prominence Hospitality Group is seeking a high-potential, career-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee multi-department hotel operations across two properties. This is a developmental leadership role designed to prepare future Assistant General Managers and General Managers. What You’ll Do as Operations Supervisor

• Oversee Front Desk & Guest Services operations across both hotels.
• Supervise and support Food & Beverage operations, ensuring service standards and financial controls.
• Oversee Housekeeping operations, including inspections and running shifts.
• Be available to support or execute Night Audit functions as needed.
• Lead by example — coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and service excellence are maintained.
• Manage shift flow, labor efficiency, and operational challenges in real time.
• Assist with scheduling, training, performance feedback, and guest issue resolution.
• Support financial goals through cost control, inventory oversight, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior hotel experience across multiple departments preferred (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B).
• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Career-oriented mindset with desire to move into AGM/GM roles.
• Ability to oversee multiple departments and properties.
• Strong operational judgment and guest-first mentality.
• Relocatable mindset is a strong asset (though not required).
