What You’ll Do as Front Office Manager

• Lead with Confidence: Assign duties, schedule shifts, and guide Guest Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service in alignment with Prominence standards.
• Elevate Guest Experience: Ensure front desk operations run smoothly while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests.
• Drive Collaboration: Foster open communication with hotel staff, leadership, and other departments to support seamless operations and memorable guest experiences.
• Support Operational Success: Maintain performance standards, oversee problem resolution, and assist with VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Inspire Team Success: Motivate your team through coaching, real-time feedback, and development opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in front office leadership, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Brand experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Guest-Focused Mindset: Ability to actively listen, solve problems quickly, and lead with empathy in high-pressure environments.
• Technology: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation/property management systems preferred.
• Personality: Energetic, professional, and passionate about hospitality and people leadership.
