What You’ll Do as Night Auditor 

• Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile daily transactions, financial records, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity with accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Guest Service: Greet, register, issue room keys, and assist guests with inquiries to ensure a warm welcome and smooth stay. 
• Communication: Answer and transfer calls promptly and politely in accordance with Prominence Hospitality’s service standards. 
• Positive Energy: Be a team player who brings a fun, energetic spirit to our team as we work hard and have fun together! 
• Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns and unexpected issues calmly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a strong commitment to guest service. 
• Experience: Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night auditor experience is a plus. 
• Skills: Computer proficiency required; experience with accounting or reservations software a bonus. 
• Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience or training preferred. 
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing (bilingual a plus). 
• Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
• Attention to Detail: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
