What You’ll Do as Operations Supervisor

• Lead by example - coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Assist the General Manager with department scheduling and staffing plans.
• Provide hands-on support during staffing shortages, absences, and high-demand periods while maintaining guest satisfaction, efficiency, and labor productivity.
• Assume responsibility for daily hotel operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Ensure Marriott brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and service excellence are maintained.
• Demonstrate proven customer service skills with a strong guest-focused mentality.
• Oversee breakfast operations to ensure food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring 

Experience: Prior hotel experience across multiple departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B) preferred, along with supervisory or leadership experience.

Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge: Understanding of front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service, and maintenance workflows.

Personality: Energetic, service driven, confident, skilled in maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
