What You’ll Do as Guest Services Manager
- Lead and assign responsibilities to Guest Service Representatives across all shifts
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring all guests are welcomed warmly and efficiently
- Ensure adherence to Prominence Hospitality standards, policies, and procedures
- Foster strong communication with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- Support training and performance development for the front desk team
- Step in as the go-to leader in the absence of the Front Office Manager
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of front desk or guest services experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (brand experience a plus)
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
