Breakfast Server

This position has the potential to also support banquet serving shifts. 

Location: Holiday Inn Cookeville 1091 South Willow Avenue Cookeville, TN 38501

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, from 5:45AM - 11:30AM, Saturday from 6:15AM - 12:30PM.

What You’ll Do as Bartender 

• Service Excellence: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, provide the finest quality of service, and maintain a guest-ready atmosphere. 
• Menu Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items to answer guest questions confidently. 
• Food Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines. 
• Team Collaboration: Attend mandatory meetings and hotel functions; coordinate with function group leaders to finalize service arrangements. 
• Efficiency: Balance service, preparation, and guest interactions while multitasking effectively. 
• Positive Energy: Be a team player and bring a fun, energetic spirit to the team as we work hard and have fun together! 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience: Previous hospitality and customer service experience, preferably in a similar bartending or service role. 
• Skills: Knowledge of food safety guidelines, excellent communication in English (bilingual a plus). 
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. 
• Flexibility: Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet hotel demands. 
• Attention to Detail: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. 
• Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
