What You’ll Do as Guest Service Agent

• Be the Face of Hospitality: Greet guests with warmth, issue room keys, and handle check-in/check-out in accordance with Prominence standards.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage front desk records, answer and direct calls, and maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area.
• Deliver Guest Satisfaction: Promptly respond to inquiries and requests to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
• Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with your team to maintain hotel service excellence and guest-focused operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of guest services experience preferred.
• Skills: Organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems is a plus.
• Personality: Positive, attentive, and eager to solve problems with a smile.
