What You Will Do as Our Next Rooms Division Manager

• Lead daily operations of Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to ensure brand compliance and superior service delivery
• Drive guest satisfaction metrics and improve the overall guest experience through hands-on leadership and team development
• Coach, train, and mentor staff while implementing company and brand standards across departments
• Coordinate with other hotel leaders to ensure seamless service, scheduling, and communication
• Ensure compliance with IHG and company policies, procedures, and service expectations
• Act as a role model of excellence, hospitality, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

What You Need to Be Successful

• 5+ years of hotel operations experience with a focus in Front Desk and/or Housekeeping
• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Executive Housekeeper strongly preferred
• IHG brand experience and system knowledge required
• Strong team leadership and guest service skills
• Proven track record in driving guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Effective trainer with a passion for mentoring and growing future leaders
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
