What You’ll Do as Operations Lead Agent

• Support daily Front Desk & Guest Services operations across both hotels.
• Assist with Food & Beverage operations, including service support, quality control, and guest satisfaction.
• Be available to support or perform Night Audit functions as needed.
• Serve as a shift lead when assigned, helping maintain operational flow and service standards.
• Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and guest experience expectations are consistently met.
• Communicate effectively between departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Step in where needed — this is a true operations support role.
