What You’ll Do as a Shuttle Driver 

• Guest Service: Provide the finest quality of service in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable arrival and departure experience. 
• Driving Excellence: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a comfortable driving experience that meets Prominence standards. 
• Lobby Support: Assist the front desk and housekeeping teams by keeping the lobby clean, stocked, and guest-ready; greet guests and provide directions or local recommendations as requested. 
• Team Collaboration: Attend all mandatory meetings and hotel functions; coordinate with the function group leader to finalize service arrangements. 
• Positive Energy: Be a team player who brings a fun, energetic spirit to our team as we work hard and have fun together! 

What You’ll Bring 

• Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. 
• License: Valid driver’s license required. 
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. 
• Skills: Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing (bilingual a plus). 
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet hotel demands. 
• Attention to Detail: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
